We liked the option of the jr. suite with attached bunk beds for our short family stay. The room was very large and very clean. The breakfast was also very nice. The auto check in gave us some problems, but luckily there was an employee there to help us get it worked out. Had it been after 9pm, I'm not sure what we would've done. Location is a bit out of the way and it doesn't look like much from the outside, right next to the stadium. But the room was great and we had a nice view of the water. We're pleased with the experience overall.

Our experience at this hotel was positive. The hotel is located in a unique setting – inside a sports hall – which made for a fun and different atmosphere. Everything inside and outside the room was clean and pleasant, and the breakfast area really stood out: stylish, spacious, and offering a diverse and tasty selection of food. A particularly nice touch was being able to watch hockey practice through the windows while enjoying breakfast – a memorable and enjoyable detail.

The hotel is an integrated part of Löfbergs Arena, an ice hockey arena. Some rooms have a river view others don't have a view at all as they form part of the arena wall. The restaurant opens up onto the rink and you can enjoy your meal watching a game or, as was the case during our breakfast, goal keeper practice on an early Sunday morning.

Breakfast with a view!! Lots of healthy options and you sit right next to the arena. Very cool! Rooms are spacious. Self check-in was easy.

We were traveling from Oslo to Stockholm and chose this hotel to rest and its was a perfect place. Very comfortable bed, spacious and quite room. Great options for breakfast with a view to the hockey hall. Easy online check-in. Parking near hotel 90kr for 24 hours.

Great place for a quick stop-over in Karlstad. Very new and modern place with brand new facilities. Great breakfast and very comfy beds. Nice location with biking and running paths just outside. Quiet surroundings.

Very very good hotel. On breakfast you have opportunity to watch Ice hockey trainings. Or even have a breakfast with a team. Hotel was clean. Family room is big and enough space with 2 kids. Throw the window u have an amazing river view 🥰

Interesting to watch ice hockey arena during the breakfast, therefore it is a bit cold near the windows. Breakfast quite good. We also used microwave near the check in.
